I was thinking of pistachio or mint ice cream when I saw the green tint. Sounds like the ice cream (just like the Lucky Charms cereal) was a another winner, especially with those marshmallows in it!...LIKE :-) The adorable leprechaun gets a front row seat to oversee the taste test, too!
