Now, reading it to the kids at night, I realize how much slower it is to get started, and it's also a lot slower to read aloud. After the first couple nights, I myself wasn't too sure, but every night they keep asking to hear more and more about Bilbo. <br />After this, we'll have to think of another long book to read together. I can tell you that it will NOT be The Fellowship of the Ring. That's more than I'm willing to commit to.
