Pizza at Home - Strawberry Pizza

It's the week of the Florida Strawberry Festival! We've already done a ton of things with Strawberries this week. We've visited a Strawberry Farm and tried lots of strawberry treats. We stopped by Wendy's to try their limited edition Strawberry Frosty. We made chocolate covered strawberries and tried them with Strawberry and Dark Chocolate KitKat. We even went out to Plant City Florida to check out strawberries there! 

Well after all that, I know exactly what kind of pizza to make this week. Strawberry Pizza! 

And not just any strawberries. These are ones that we picked ourselves. Other toppings include balsamic vinegar, sriracha, sweet onions, and cilantro.

This is the week to celebrate all things Strawberry! We're in Florida right now and the Florida Strawberry Festival is in full swing in Plant City. We're going to have lots of different strawberry treats coming up over the next few days!

Theresa sent me a text saying she found a new flavor of KitKat at our local Walgreens. Strawberry and Dark Chocolate! Should she buy it? Yes! 

And I have a pretty good idea of what we can compare against it. Why not some dark chocolate covered strawberries! That's going to be so delicious!

Southern Hill Farms Bakery - Strawberry Treats Taste Test

It was a lot of fun picking strawberries at Southern Hill Farms earlier today, but there's something else I was looking forward to just as much. There's food trucks here that sell different strawberry treats too! Today we're going to be trying a lot of them!

It is a beautiful Thursday in Florida and it's the perfect time of the year to go out and pick strawberries! Strawberries are so delicious, and fresh strawberries that we pick ourselves are even better! 

Just up the street from our RV Park is Southern Hill Farms. They've got all sorts fruits and veggies like pumpkins, peaches, blueberries, and sunflowers, but our real goal today are the strawberries!

Wendy's makes a Strawberry Frosty? 

I was scrolling through Facebook when I got an ad that popped up. I know that Wendy's has Chocolate Frostys. And Vanilla Frostys popped up a little while ago. But now there's something new! 

Plant City Florida is known as the Winter Strawberry Capital of the World. They host a yearly strawberry festival and this year, Wendy's is partnering with them by making a Strawberry Frosty, but only in a limited area.  

Doing Disney at Night

Welcome to Disney! Actually welcome to Disney at night! 

Our new campground, Sherwood Forest RV, is the closest to Disney out of all the campgrounds we've stayed at so far! Only 11 minutes to Hollywood Studios and 13 minutes to Epcot. The other places we've stayed are at least 20 minutes, with some being closer to 30 minutes!

That makes it very easy for us to just "pop over" to Disney whenever we want to. Since we've got an annual pass, it's not a problem to waste a day at Disney staying just a few hours.

It was fun spending the first part of our day at Epcot. Unfortunately, the park was getting busy and many of the big rides were down. Since we've all got the ability to park hop, we figured why not go see what other parks might have to offer. Let's go wild in the Animal Kingdom!
