February means that Minnie's Moonlit Madness is back at the Disneyland Resort! This after-hours scavenger hunt takes teams all through Disney California Adventure Park on a 2 hour quest for 1st place and eternal bragging rights.

A rainy Thursday afternoon at Disneyland, leading up to a big event

It's a rainy day at Disneyland, but there's a very special event going on here tonight. I'll brave a little rain for that.
I got off work early enough to beat the Los Angeles traffic and made it to Disneyland in good time. Right after I parked the car, the skies opened up and it started pouring. Good thing I brought an umbrella. The entrances to stores and restaurants were crowded with people who must have assumed So Cal is always warm and sunny.

Oreo keeps cranking them out. We keep buying them and tasting them.
As a special release this Valentine's day, Oreo has released a new flavor. Sweet and Tangy Oreos don't have a specified flavor. It's a little like the Mystery Oreo where the flavor tastes familiar but you can't quite put your finger on what it tastes like.

Disneyland's Lunar New Year - Year of the Pig

After a fun morning in Disneyland hunting for Valentines and celebrating Valentine's Day, it was time to come over to DCA to celebrate Lunar New Year and the Year of the Pig.

Minnie's Valentine's Day Surprise Hunt at Disneyland

On a rainy Sunday, the Flowers headed to Disneyland to celebrate a couple things. First up, the girls are celebrating Valentines day with their princess hats with lots of hearts. Last weekend we were supposed to be here at Disneyland celebrating Lunar New Year and the Year of the Pig, but got rained out. Instead the boys are celebrating the year of the pig with pig hats this week. I'm wearing a Piglet hat from Tokyo Disneyland and Ian is wearing a Hamm hat also from Tokyo.
