Our flight out of Philadelphia was at 3pm, so we had 2.5 hours to explore Philadelphia.
The whole crew piled into the cars and we drove up to Philly.
We had a 3 day weekend and decided to head out to Delaware to visit family. Yes, it was a long flight for only 3 days, but it’s been a while since we’ve seen them. We left work at noon on Thursday and headed to the airport. How about starting the trip with an ice cream cone!

For Valentines Day, I surprised Theresa at work with a valentines box. You remember those shoe boxes you’d decorate in school, cut a hole in the top and then get valentines from everyone. I decorated a box for her, put it in her office, and during the day I filled it with valentines cards.
On January 28th, Theresa, Jacob, Ruston and I made plans to head out to Disneyland to watch World of Color. Ruston had never seen it before, so we figured that had to remedied! Ruston’s cast member status is definitely a perk. Without it, we’d never be able to go to Company D. What’s Company D? It’s the Disney store for cast members only that has great discounts on certain Disney merchandise.
Sunday morning before the Super Bowl! We all headed out to Randy’s Donuts because they’ve become Theresa’s favorite.
The line was longer than we’ve seen before. Probably 20 people in front of us getting donuts.
It’s Friday and the parents are in town. For lunch we wanted to plan something special. Dine LA week is going on, so we made reservations for Fogo De Chao.
Mom and Dad came out to visit us here in California. On their very first night here, we headed out to see the traveling Cirque du Soleil show Ovo.
