Let's do a taste test! About a year ago, Coke came out with something new. Coca-Cola Coffee! There were three flavors at the initial release, Vanilla, Caramel, and Dark Blend. When we tried all three, the kids and I thought the Vanilla was the best.
In January, Coke released a new flavor to the line-up. Mocha Coca-Cola with Coffee!
A visitor! We've had so many visitors while we've been in Florida, and I'm sure there will be many more! Aunt Rita is coming to see us! Her plane got in late, but the kids still really wanted to go with me to pick her up. She was surprised then when we pulled up at 10:30pm to see both kids in the back of the truck ready to greet her!
A new kind of Pringles! My brother Patrick found these for me so that I could do a taste test! We do love our Pringles. Like that time we tried 19 different flavors of Pringles at one time! That was a lot of fun!

After a week at Lake Magic RV Resort, it was time to move just down the street to Orlando RV Resort. It's one of the nicest RV Resorts we've been to, so we wanted to make sure to maximize our time there. On this stretch, we'll be there for 3 weeks!
It's only a few miles down the road, but checkout here is at 11am and checkin there isn't until noon. We got the RV ready to roll, pulled off our pad, and sat off the side of the road for 45 minutes.
Today is a big one for us. We've been working up to this for a little while now. When family isn't visiting (which is actually a rare occasion these days) we try to get our bicycling milage in. Our favorite place is the Van Fleet Rail Trail. It's flat with minimal road crossings and quite a few interesting things to see. But today we're going to take a big chunk out of that 600 mile goal for the year. Today we're pushing for 40 miles!

Happy Thursday! Because we can set our own schedule with the kids' school, our typical off-days are Tuesday and Thursday. That means we can head out to the Van Fleet Trail a little earlier in the day and get a few miles in and still have time to do something else afterwards!
Our time at Sherwood Forest RV park is coming to an end and now it's time to move back to the West side or Orlando. We're packing up the RV, leaving these tight spaces, and headed to over to Lake Magic RV Resort.
Welcome to Epcot! I'm running a few weeks behind on some of my posts right now, so this was actually during the Festival of the Arts back in February. Because it's the Festival of the Arts, many of the artists have come to the festival to show off their skills. My favorite Disney artist was making an appearance, so I knew we'd have to come visit to say hi! Let's go!
A couple weeks ago we experimented with strawberries on pizza. Tonight we're taking another crack at it with a Strawberry, Goat Cheese, and Prosciutto with a Pesto sauce on the bottom.
Today we're going to do a giant Orange taste test! Theresa mentions that we rarely do healthy taste tests, and she's right. We've done a few different Apple taste tests, starting in 2018 with my brother and sister-in-law when we tasted 7 different apples, continuing in 2019 with my other brother and sister-in-law, and finally trying 11 different apples in 2021 when we visited Saunderskill Farms in New York.
Just recently we visited the Showcase of Citrus in Clermont Florida, and we were lucky enough to have Uncle Don with us! We spent a fun afternoon walking through the orange groves and filling a 20 pound bag with as many different varieties of citrus as we could! In the end, we came home with 11 different varieties, though they're not all technically oranges; some are lemons and tangerines. Let's taste them and find out which is our favorite!
Another new cereal to try? I'm game! Today's cereal is supposed to tasty like a Wendy's Frosty! Will it live up to its claim? Let's find out!

Uncle Donald is visiting from freezing cold Michigan, but he's only here for 1.5 days. We've got to get out and do something fun together! Just up the street from our RV campground is the Florida Showcase of Citrus! I've driven past it a few time already, always intending to stop and check it out. This will be the perfect opportunity!
Today we've got a special taste test planned. It's Doritos, but it's not. Smartfood Popcorn has teamed up with Doritos to put their delicious Nacho Cheese powder on their popcorn!
Since we're staying a little bit further East than our previous camping resorts, we get to go explore new places! We've got to make sure we continue our bike riding, and Theresa found a couple fun trails for us to check out.
The first is the Kissimmee Trail. It's a 6 mile loop, and that'll be a good start.
To round out our week of strawberry things we're trying something quite unique! Your eyes do not deceive you. These strawberries have lost their color!

It's the week of the Florida Strawberry Festival! We've already done a ton of things with Strawberries this week. We've visited a Strawberry Farm and tried lots of strawberry treats. We stopped by Wendy's to try their limited edition Strawberry Frosty. We made chocolate covered strawberries and tried them with Strawberry and Dark Chocolate KitKat. We even went out to Plant City Florida to check out strawberries there!
Well after all that, I know exactly what kind of pizza to make this week. Strawberry Pizza!

It was a lot of fun picking strawberries at Southern Hill Farms earlier today, but there's something else I was looking forward to just as much. There's food trucks here that sell different strawberry treats too! Today we're going to be trying a lot of them!
It is a beautiful Thursday in Florida and it's the perfect time of the year to go out and pick strawberries! Strawberries are so delicious, and fresh strawberries that we pick ourselves are even better!
Just up the street from our RV Park is Southern Hill Farms. They've got all sorts fruits and veggies like pumpkins, peaches, blueberries, and sunflowers, but our real goal today are the strawberries!

Welcome to Disney! Actually welcome to Disney at night!
Our new campground, Sherwood Forest RV, is the closest to Disney out of all the campgrounds we've stayed at so far! Only 11 minutes to Hollywood Studios and 13 minutes to Epcot. The other places we've stayed are at least 20 minutes, with some being closer to 30 minutes!
That makes it very easy for us to just "pop over" to Disney whenever we want to. Since we've got an annual pass, it's not a problem to waste a day at Disney staying just a few hours.
It was fun spending the first part of our day at Epcot. Unfortunately, the park was getting busy and many of the big rides were down. Since we've all got the ability to park hop, we figured why not go see what other parks might have to offer. Let's go wild in the Animal Kingdom!
