Enjoying Seal Beach with Jacob
It's Saturday, so of course Theresa's hitting the farmer's market. Here's her breakfast.
In the end, I think her eyes were bigger than her stomach. She ate 1/2 a croissant and 1/4 of the fruit on that plate.
We drove down to Jacob's place in Long Beach. From there, he drove us to Seal Beach. We walked the shops, then headed to the pier.
It's a pretty nice day here.
From there, Jacob took us on a tour. We drove through Seal Beach, Sunset Beach, Huntington Beach, and Newport Beach.
Back at Jacob's, we planned out more of our Disney World trip.
For dinner, we ate at a Vietnamese sandwich shop.
Theresa says she doesn't know who came up with the idea to combine bbq pork, daikon radish, carrots, cilantro, and jalapenos, but it all came together great!
