We started our day at Walt Disney Record just off Alameda in Burbank.

From there it was just a quick drive over to 500 South Buena Vista Street in Burbank over to the Walt Disney Studios


This is where we started our tour.


Right by the cafeteria is a Mickey topiary


Continuing forward we hit Dopey Drive


and Mickey Avenue


Which just so happens to be the location of Pluto's corner.  Wonder why there are only 3 paw prints in the cement by that hydrant?


The animation building, where all the magic started.

From there you walk out to the amazing view of the Team Disney building aka. the Michael D. Eisner building.


There are great views from Legends Plaza.


It's also really cool to be able to see the "Partners" statue up close.  Normally it's so far away inside the planters at the parks.








It also made for some great photo opportunities.








And you could see a lot more details on the statue really up close.






Legends Plaza also has a statue of Roy O. Disney and Minnie Mouse

Back out in the lobby there are costumes from TV shows and movies, including jumpsuits from LOST

and my favorite, Disney hats! 


From there, we went to the 2nd floor to see the Disney Archives Library. 


There were tons of original props and costumes in here.  Giselle's dress from Enchanted and a Tron costume are visible here.


We also got to see Charlie's costume from the first season of LOST, as well as Hurley's giant t-shirts and shorts.


Lots of display cases full of movie and tv props.  Dharma food from LOST.


Jack's workman jumpsuit from LOST and Alice's dress from the newest Alice in Wonderland.
