Hawaii 2018 - Day 3 and 4

Day 3 in Hawaii started as many of our days ended up starting. Getting to the pool before anyone else and enjoying having it all to ourselves. Ian worked on swimming without him float vest and Alli enjoyed splashing around.

Hawaii 2018 - Day 1 and 2

It's spring break! This year, like last year, we're headed to Hawaii with Theresa's family. I know I'm way late getting some past Trip Reports finished, but this is still fresh in my memory and hopefully easier to write.

Practicing for the 2018 Pasadena Chalk Festival

The Pasadena Chalk Festival is only a couple months away and Ruston and I always like to get in at least one practice day. Each year we rotate who gets to pick, and this year it's Ruston's choice. We're doing the original Love Bug himself, Herbie!

Pixar Fest at the Disneyland Resort

This weekend kicks off Pixar Fest at the Disneyland Resort! It runs all the way until Sept 3rd, 2018, so we've got plenty of time to see it all. The first PIXAR themed hats we're wearing are from Monsters Inc.! Sulley is from Tokyo Disneyland, Mike is from Disneyland, the Monster University hat from a halloween costume, and hardhat from Disney On Ice.

Exploring the Adventureland Suite at the Disneyland Hotel

Last Friday, Theresa, the kids, and I all headed to the Disneyland Resort to meet up with the Wazny family and celebrate Matt's 40th birthday! They've come to Disneyland to celebrate and to top off a great week at the park, they're staying in the amazing Adventureland Suite inside the Disneyland Hotel! And they invited us to come join them for a birthday celebration!

What better hats to wear than our Disney Jungle Cruise helmets. There's Pooh, Mickey, and Tigger. And I didn't know when I'd be able to get my Giraffe hat out, but this seems like a good time. It's an official Disney hat from the Animal Kingdom.
