Today is National Caramel Popcorn Day! I have a great way that we can celebrate that! Let's make our own homemade caramel popcorn! One of my fellow MiceChat writers has a recipe for caramel popcorn that she says is better than the Karamell-Küche Werther's Original popcorn from the Germany pavilion in Epcot. We're going to test that!

So many people come to see us! Rita, Aubrey, and Ethan were just here staying with us. The week after they left, new visitors arrived! This week it's Austin's Spring Break, so Austin and Donald flew out to Florida! They're eventually headed to the beach, but they're going to spend 36 hours with us.
Just last week as we were having our weekly pizza dinner, Ian for some reason didn't finish all his pepperoni pizza. That left me and Theresa with the option of tasting it again, and once we did, we realized how much we actually enjoy pepperoni pizza. It's been so long! Normally the kids get the basic pizzas and we go for some specialty option.
Theresa said that this week we should make our own pepperoni pizza, but enhance it. Tonight instead of a basic pepperoni pizza we're making a Parent's Pepperoni Pizza. Let's get started!
The kids spent the morning at Hollywood Studios with their cousins, now it's time to hang out with their parents at Epcot! The Flower & Garden Festival is starting up soon!
It was just yesterday that my kids got a big surprise. Their cousins were in Florida for Spring Break and they wanted to spend a day with them! And not just that, they were going to take them to Disney World the next day and hang out together! Sounds perfect!
