San Francisco Trip - Muir Woods

Theresa's #1 item on the list for our trip to San Francisco was a trip Muir Woods. Even though it's vacation, we knew we'd need to get up here early to make sure we could find parking. Everything we'd read said that you need to arrive between 8-9am. Being Memorial Day weekend, I didn't know how crazy it would be. We pulled into the parking lot at 8:30am and took one of the very last spots in the lot.

Golden Gate Park

It's been an eventful day, having gone to the farmer's market this morning, then having a picnic lunch. To finish the day we're visiting Golden Gate Park.
With all the places we're visiting for the adults this weekend, I thought it'd be good to make sure Ian had some fun. With that in mind, our next stop of the day was the carousel in Golden Gate Park.

San Francisco Ferry Plaza Farmer's Market

Theresa, Ian, Jacob, Ruston and I are spending Memorial Day weekend in San Francisco. Everyone got to decide on two things they wanted to do. Theresa's first choice was the Ferry Plaza Farmer's Market. Once we find some tasty treats we're going to do my first choice, a picnic in Alamo Park.

After our morning at the farmer's market, it was time for our picnic lunch. The five of us piled into the car and Ian promptly fell asleep! I suppose we can wait just a little while for lunch while we give him 45 minutes to get a nap.
Well that gives me time to make one of the stops on my list.
