Time for day 2 in Mississippi. After a rough night (Ian really didn't like that hotel crib) we got ready to go to Aunt Donna and Uncle Gary's house.
Theresa wasn't feeling so hot, so we made a quick stop at Walgreens to pick up some meds. While T was talking with the pharmacist, Ian and I wandered the store. The pool noodles caught his eye and he grabbed onto one and wouldn't let it go.
He looked too cute with it and for $1 we figured why not. He held onto it the whole drive.
I also saw what I thought only existed at Taco Bell. Mountain Dew Baja Blast was available in bottles and it was my first time trying it. Lime and Mtn Dew. Not bad.
We arrived at Aunt Donna's house and look, it's cousin Sharon. Ian went to her easily giving her a big hug.
Someone's a happy boy.
Sharon made Ian a hat. It's a little big right now.
Yeah, just a little.
So much fun playing with brand new toys.
Checking out the back yard with Gram and Uncle Gary.
Playing on the swing.
And swinging with Gram.
After exploring the rest of the yard, Gram took Ian to splash in the birdbath. Eww.
And the rest of the time, we all hung out in the sitting room in the AC.
Always trying to get something.
He had a really good time playing with Uncle Gary and Aunt Donna.
Tomorrow we're going to see Mamaw!
