A Disney Day in two parts

On January 28th, Theresa, Jacob, Ruston and I made plans to head out to Disneyland to watch World of Color.  Ruston had never seen it before, so we figured that had to remedied!  Ruston's cast member status is definitely a perk.  Without it, we'd never be able to go to Company D.  What's Company D?  It's the Disney store for cast members only that has great discounts on certain Disney merchandise.

Randy's Donuts with Mom and Dad

Sunday morning before the Super Bowl!  We all headed out to Randy's Donuts because they've become Theresa's favorite.

The line was longer than we've seen before.  Probably 20 people in front of us getting donuts.

Fogo De Chao

It's Friday and the parents are in town.  For lunch we wanted to plan something special.  Dine LA week is going on, so we made reservations for Fogo De Chao.

Vegas - yes again

I know, I know.  We just got back from Vegas a little less than a month ago.  Well that time was to go see Lion King.  This time we went out to see Phantom of the Opera.

Disneyland with the family

One of the last things we did was head out to Disneyland.  On Jan 3rd the park was supposed to be pretty dead.  It turned out to be a little busier than we were expecting, but at least it was better than the record 100,000 people crowds from just a week before.
Donald, Amy and the kids, and Tyler, Rita and the kids all headed to Disneyland as soon as it opened.  We showed up a little later at 9:30 with Rich and Chi.

After getting Fastpasses for World of Color, the main thing everyone wanted to see that day, we headed back to California Screamin.  This was Ethan's favorite ride of the day.

Painting with the Federles

One of the things on the list of possibilities was painting.  Theresa and I have created 30-40 of these to decorate her office plus a few we've given as gifts.
