Pizza at Home - Breakfast Pizza

Time for another Breakfast Pizza? Absolutely! 

This time we're going heavy on the protein and carbs! I'm skipping the sauce layer and instead putting down a base of shredded mozzarella cheese plus some cheese sticks we happened to have. 

Add some scrambled egg and crispy potatoes. 

Then top it with sausage, ham, and bacon! 

After a few minutes in the oven, it's looking nice and crispy. Just one more thing to add! 

More egg! I cracked a few eggs on top of the hot pizza and sprinkled it with salt and pepper. 

Then just a dash of garlic powder. 

After just a few minutes at 475F, those eggs are starting to cook. 

But when you cut into them, the yolk is still runny and rich. 

Along with the breakfast pizza, every else got their favorites too. My meat pizza. 

Theresa with her olive, mushroom, and pepperonis. Alli loves bell peppers. Ian likes a plain pepperoni pizza. 

Breakfast pizza was a success! And it works great on thin crust pizza. When it gets crispy it's like eating all your favorite toppings on a piece of toast. Totally delicious!

  1. Yummy...the breakfast pizza looks verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry good!!...delicious toppings on "toast". Even the runny yolk was no match for a crispy crust :-) EOM
