Oops! We spent the whole day at Disneyland!

Ever since we've seen how not crowded the early mornings have been at Disneyland, we've made an extra effort to get there early. Normally we'd show up at park opening and stay until noon, but today the day just started getting away from us.

Someone has been asking about going to Disneyland all week and I think he's excited to finally be here.

The AVP is back in town and we've got the day off work! Time to go to the beach!

July 4th visit

It's the July 4th weekend, and just like last year, we're celebrating with my brother up north. And this year we've got another little tag-along.

2016 Pasadena Chalk Festival - Day 2

Happy Father's Day! The kids are awake early, so I'm awake early. I asked Ian what he wanted for breakfast. He said "Bacon and cheese." That's my boy.

I'm really happy Ruston and I finished our chalk mural yesterday. Today the pressure is off and we can just enjoy looking around the festival at all the other artists. Alli's really interested in my badge.

2016 Pasadena Chalk Festival - Day 1

It's the 24th Annual Pasadena Chalk Festival and after winning "Best New Artists" in 2015 we knew we had to return.

Rainy day at Disneyland

The forecast is clear and it's Saturday morning. Jacob's annual pass is expiring in a couple weeks so let's go to Disneyland with him!
Well even though the forecast said 0% precipitation, and even though the weather app currently says it's not, it's raining. No problem though! Hopefully it'll keep the crowds down!

Relaxing weekend in California - Hermosa Beach and Disneyland

We got to hang out with a few friends this past weekend. First, Matt, Amy, and the girls spent the week at Disneyland and finished their trip with a beach day.

Then on Sunday, we would go to Disneyland with our friends and their kids.
