Sour Patch Kids Candy Pop Popcorn taste test

If it says Sour Patch Kids on it, there's a good chance that we're going to be tasting it. The kids love them! So far we've had Sour Patch Kids Ice Pops, Ice Cream, Sour Patch Kids Cereal, Marshmallows, Yogurt, Sour Patch Kids Chips Ahoy Cookies, Sour Patch Kids Watermelon Ice Pops and Sour Patch Kids Freezer Pops. 

So when I saw that the people from Candy Pop were making Sour Patch Kids Popcorn, I knew we'd have to try it. And like usual, we'll be tasting it alongside the real thing and see how they compare. 

Pizza at Home - Caramelized Onion Pizza for Theresa

Happy Sunday! Let's make some pizza!

I've been making pizza for a long time now, and Theresa has been asking me for a caramelized onion pizza for a long time too. Let's do that tonight!

It's crazy how many onions it takes to get a decent amount. This is a small bag of onions, cooked for over an hour, constantly stirring, until they finally brown and taste so sweet! 

Since this pizza is for Theresa she gets to pick the rest of the toppings too. Mushrooms, prosciutto, and black olives. Not what I would have picked, but this one isn't for me. 

Utz Carolina Style BBQ Chips taste test

A few months ago when we visited the Utz Chip Factory in Pennsylvania, I discovered they have Carolina Style Barbeque flavored potato chips at their Outlet Store and I just had to buy a bag. Spending some time growing up in North Carolina, that vinegar based BBQ was something my family would go out to dinner and have, and even when we moved away, my father still made it at home. 

That's why I save this bag of chips so that when we finally visited home, we could all try these Carolina BBQ chips together!

A Colorado Visit for Thanksgiving!

We've been on the road for months now, living out of the RV, having family coming to visit us and going different places. Today it's time for us to pack up and leave warm and sunny Florida for the cold of Colorado!

The Flowers Explore - Orlando RV Resort - 2021/10/27-11/16

We're in Florida and it's finally time to settle in. After all these months on the road, Orlando will be our home until April when we start this whole thing again. And now that we're not moving around so often, we are spending a lot longer in one place. Three whole weeks at this resort!

No more map updates until next year. Our 28th stop and we are home. 

Happy Thanksgiving!

 This Thanksgiving we're visiting Colorado! It's awesome having so much family here.

Instead of the traditional turkey, Dad woke up at 2am and started smoking a prime rib. 

I was able to wake up a little bit later to get my homemade dinner rolls going.

Thanksgiving dinner was so delicious!

Remy's Hide and Squeak at Epcot 2021 - 2021/11/16

It's always fun when Disney has special scavenger hunt events. We've loved finding Easter Eggs and Valentines Cards back at Disneyland. When I saw that Epcot has a special Ratatouille scavenger hunt with Remy searching for ingredients around the World Showcase I knew we'd have to go give it a try.
