Halloween Treats - Popcornopolis Candy Corn Popcorn - National Candy Corn Day - October 30th

Tonight we're trying a delicious Candy Corn popcorn from Popcornopolis! And it's National Candy Corn Day! Perfect!

Earlier we had tried a multi-pack of Popcornopolis Popcorn from Sams Club. It was delicious! There were four flavors, Snickerdoodle, Kettle Corn, Caramel Corn, and Candy Corn. Our favorite of all those was the Candy Corn popcorn. We'd looked at Sams Club for more, but didn't have any luck.
After a little checking though, Theresa found this 24 count multipack from Costco and it shipped for $33!

It came with an adorable treat bag which was filled with all the popcorn cones. We're trying them with a bowl of Brach's Candy Corn to compare them too.

I love that the popcorn comes in three different colors. And the Candy Pop Corn bags are very well themed to Candy Corn too.

The bags match the real candy corn perfectly.

The kids made sure to get in appropriately colored shirt to match the candy corn. And we happen to have these adorable Disney halloween light-up necklaces that the kids pulled out for this occasion too.

Theresa is a candy corn fan, but what does she think of the popcorn?
First, that it doesn't really taste like candy corn. It's sweet, but it's not the same.
But does that matter? Nope! The popcorn is even better than the candy! She thinks it tastes like a buttery sweet popcorn ball.

And what do the kids think?

A big thumbs up on both the candy and the popcorn.

Looking good Alli. I love that your necklace has a light-up candy corn on it too!

  1. What a cute pumpkin treat bag for the Candy Corn Popcorn...it shimmers and has the perfect green tie "leaf" at top. Alli & Ian really color-coordinated their outfits for this taste test...the Disney light necklaces were the perfect touch for the outfits...LIKE! The Candy Corn popcorn treat definitely doesn't disappoint...a buttery sweet popcorn ball flavor sounds scrumptious! EOM
