Blueberry KitKat taste test comparison plus a special tea party with Gram and the grandkids

Forgive the time jumps. While we were in Colorado, we did a ton of different taste tests that I didn't get to write up. Time to play some catchup! 

You know we love eating different flavored KitKat. Today we're having Blueberry Muffin KitKat!

And what better thing to compare them to than blueberry muffins! Yum! 

While my Sister-In-Law Megan was shopping at Walmart, she found these and sent me a photo. 

Blueberry Muffin KitKat! We've tried a lot of flavors, but never one like this! I hope it's delicious! 

Today Gram has a special treat for Avery, Alli, and Ian. They're having a special tea party! And what better thing to have with tea than homemade treats!

Together they made two different kinds of muffins, including some blueberry muffins that we can try with our taste test. 

Yum! 

Gram was ready with 3 different teapots and lots of different teas so everyone could try their pick. 

Thanks Gram! What a fun idea! Along with the teas and muffins, there's also cookies, tomatoes, and cucumbers to snack on.

Well after all that, I'm glad there were still a few blueberry muffins for us to eat!

The package says that these are Naturally and Artificially flavored wafers in Blueberry Muffin flavored creme, and suggests packing a Lunchbox Surprise.  

Along with the muffins, Theresa also had a bunch of fresh blueberries. 

Cutting the KitKat in half for sampling. Nothing all that remarkable about the wafers or creme filling inside. Let's eat them!

So I think we can all agree that Blueberry Muffins have a much different flavor than Fresh Blueberries. These KitKat definitely have that Boxed Blueberry Muffin flavor down. 

Ian - Yum!

Avery - Yum, yum, yum!

Theresa - It tastes artificial. 

Joe - I mean, blueberry muffins tastes artificial. 

Pop Pop - I like them. 

Blueberry muffins are delicious, but you know what is even better? Warmed blueberry muffins with butter! 

Blueberry muffins are one of my favorite muffins! Thank you Megan for finding these KitKats! Thank you Gram for making muffins with the kids!

Avery - I give the muffins 100 thumbs up!

Ian - I like the KitKat better. 

Ooh, since it's that close, we better vote.

With a vote of 6 to 3, the muffins win, but the Blueberry Muffin KitKat were good too!

Theresa - If you want a KitKat that tastes like a blueberry muffin, that's pretty close to what they taste like.
