Pizza at Home - Napa Rose Signature Pizzetta

Got a short one, but a sweet one (literally) tonight.
A few nights ago we made an entire meal from Disneyland's Napa Rose. One of the best parts of the meal was the Signature Pizzetta. I didn't even count that as a Pizza at Home, so since it's Sunday, we're going to make it again!

I still haven't found a recipe for this, so I'm just making it up as I go along. I used a crust recipe from kingarthurflour.com. I've actually had this pizza a couple different ways from Napa Rose. It seems like they themselves change things up every once in a while. Indeed, even their website says that their signature pizzetta is made with smoked prosciutto, caramelized onions, cambazola cheese, and figs. Yes, figs. That's different than the other pizza we made with the red grapes. So today's pizza is similar in almost all ways except we're swapping the grapes for figs.

Here's the pizza we made last time. I thought the figs were just as good. The cheese and the prosciutto are what really make this pizza. The fruit is there to add a little sweetness. It was another delicious pizza made at home!
